RETURN POLICY

There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges unless there is a mistake on our behalf. All hair sales are FINAL!

 

Waist Sculptures can be returned & exchanged ONLY if it doesn’t fit once received. After receiving your item, you'll have 3 business days to contact us for an exchange. Once our 3 business day grace period has passed, you will no longer be able to receive an exchange.

Please note it is your responsibility to review the available size chart BEFORE purchasing. Waist sculptures can only be exchanged once. Barbie Blitz LLC will not be liable for you failing to choose the correct size a second time.

Refunds can only be issued out before the first exchange if we don't have your correct size available. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Every customer must fill out a card authorization form after purchasing. Failure to fill out this form within our 12 hour grace period will result in order cancellation. Failure to complete the authorization form correctly will also result in order cancellation. All information on this form must match order information to verify the purchase. 

 

All orders are subject to fraud risk analysis, if an order is considered high risk it will be canceled and refunded.

As of January 2024, all orders that has to be canceled for any reason will be charged a $15 inconvenience fee. This fee will be taken out of your refund and will not go directly back to my store. All inconvenience fees will paid to Stripe or Affirm.

SHIPPING  POLICY

Our store offer same day shipping for on hand wigs only. Cut off time for same day shipping is 4pm est (Monday-Friday). All orders placed after 4pm est will ship out next business day. Business days are (Monday-Friday) holidays not included.

Once your order has shipped out you can expect to receive it within 2-5 business days.

In order to avoid any shipping delays please provide the correct shipping and billing address.

Barbie Blitz LLC is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Once your package has arrived at the shipping facility we are no longer responsible for it.

LOCAL PICKUP POLICY

Choose (pickup) as your delivery method at checkout for local pickup. If you need me to deliver to your home address choose (Tallahassee Only) as your delivery method. All hair must be inspected by the customer before leaving.

 

There are no refunds or exchanges once your hair is in your possession!
