Processing: 1-3 business days for payment processing. Once confirmed, supplier manufacturing begins & takes 2-3 business days to complete. Please note that there is absolutely NO refunds once manufacturing begins. 
 
Shipping: From our supplier to us is a 3-5 business day wait. Customization is an additional 5-10 days. After customization & quality control, shipping directly to you takes an additional 1-3 business day through fedex. 
 
Out of state orders:  expect to receive this product approximately 3 weeks after purchasing
